We collect the minimum needed to publish help requests, reduce spam, and (if you choose) notify you of offers.
What we collect
When you post: your request text, optional contact and notify channel; browser type, screen, language, time zone, and network country (anti-abuse); automated moderation records. When you browse: standard access logs via Cloudflare.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data. We do not show your notify email/number publicly unless you opt to show contact. We do not deliver goods, hold money, or guarantee aid outcomes.
Your controls
Update or close a post with your 6-digit PIN. Skip notify channels if you prefer. Report abuse from the request page.
Retention
Posts and moderation metadata are retained for safety and appeals. See About for contact. Consent version is stored with each submission.
